12/11/15: We were referred to Joel when we decided to purchase in the Park City area. Joel is a long-time resident and heavily involved in the Park City community - the perfect realtor to know and work with if you have any questions whatsoever about living/working in Park City. After the initial phone call, he immediately emailed us several properties to review, and we scheduled a Saturday to drive up there and look around. Joel is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, made several phone calls on our behalf, armed us with more information than we could have asked for, and negotiated a great deal on our behalf. His follow-up was as detailed and professional as his preliminary work was - he is not one to 'Get the deal done and then be done with us' as we have experienced before. We highly recommend Joel for any real estate purchase/sale in that area, and his humor and personality is just a massive bonus on top of his work ethic and integrity.

12/10/15: My wife and I embarked on an interstate move to Park City between September-December 2015 and could not have been more happier in having Joel as our agent on the Utah side. We had a shortlist of must-haves with a reasonable, but limited budget and found eight qualified homes to look at it. Joel was with us in negotiations on two property contracts and property inspections (especially seeing the negatives in one particular house). When things slowed on selling our original house, he understood we needed a little more time. In the end, we found our perfect home and looking forward to moving in. Even before we move in, Joel is helping with our transition from interstate and local knowledge. Thanks for the great process, Joel.

12/9/15: I purchased two properties with Joel. He was very professional and responsive. All details were thought of and covered before settlement. He made a sometimes stressful transaction easy, which says a lot in the market today.

12/9/15: Joel helped us search for property in Utah. We were moving from the East coast, so we needed someone we could trust and would be easily accessible for questions and updates. The buying process dragged on for almost two years, but Joe was extremely patient with us and was always willing to do everything he could to help us. He was great about guiding us and worked hard to meet our price range. We are now settled in Utah and can't be happier with the location. I highly recommend Joel Fine.

He helped quite a bit with making sure we had it priced correctly for the market as well as helping to make sure we sold to a client that would be an asset to our soon-to-be previous neighbors. 12/8/15: When we decided to buy a mountain home in Park City, we did not have a realtor. We chose Joel somewhat randomly, but after speaking with him on the phone and meeting him subsequently, when we flew out from Florida, we knew we had made the right choice. Joel guided us through the search and purchase of our home with the knowledge of the entire area and a wonderful sense of humor ( which he needed with us newbies). We returned home to Florida, disappointed that we had not found a property that met our needs. Within the month, Joel had found us the ideal place. It was within our budget, and Joel negotiated to get us the best price. He went above and beyond by taking dozens of pics. By this time, we trusted Joel so much that we purchased sight unseen. He assisted with arranging all the closing steps, and two weeks later, we had our dream home in the mountains.
